Men & women both should be with in their BMI. To thin & to thick looks & is unhealthy.

please gimmie some perspective on sizes...
my jeans size is W38(or 36 depending on brand), L34(or 36 depending on brand) what size is that in the numbers you're writing about?

I think it would give you a better guideline if I said my height and weight. I'm 5'9" and weigh 140

The thick look only works on really curvy women. For those who aren't as curvy I prefer them very thin, but if they have a curvy built then I prefer them to be thick. It all depends, its not really something of preference its more of an overall thing.
