What cities do you think you see women dressed up the most everyday. In fashion cities like NYC and San Fran its obvious. But what other cities and how do the dress.

When I lived in Phoenix, in the Scottsdale area, women dressed much more nicely and took pride in their appearance over other areas I have lived (more so over Vegas, LA, Chicago - and definitely here in FL). They are especially very casual here in Florida, while I still dress as if I am back in Phoenix.

Most of Europe dresses better than we do in the US.

Especially in (Milan) Italy. The men and women there dress to the nines. Very classy.

I'll go with Milan. I personally think everyone in Italy dresses great; the Italians have such a sense of style. They can make ANYTHING work. I think it's their sheer attitude and confidence.

NOT here in VT/NH.
It's like 'wacko' fashion heaven here...formal is sweats and mismatching shirt and shorts...

However, after living on Long Island with 'extremely vacuous' people it's a nice change to 'not have to feel you need to dress up' just to go to the store.

haha.. that's hilarious. I dated a girl from vermont who dressed like a total freak. Really busy and bizarre patterns, lots of brightly colored wool.

That's right and mismatching shirt and shorts will bring the world to an end.
