Interesting. We had some young guys doing that here Thanksgiving Eve around 11:15 p.m. (in fact, I was on City-Data! ) in front of the building. (I think they were those "Black Cat" fireworks) Our apartment manager, bless his heart, went out there and said something to them and I think they mouthed off to him since he came back through the front gate (right next to our apartment) and I could hear him through the glass in the window here saying "BS! Thirty day notice!"
So I wonder if he was true to his word. I have never heard him that mad all the time we've lived here. I wouldn't want to get him that mad myself. Yikes.

These guys also set off a long string of firecrackers after that. I was about to ask you guys if there was some holiday going on that I was unaware of.
