I've been trying to get a cold the last couple of days. If things get any worse, I just might have to call in sick tomorrow. My nose is chapped already!
Yuck!! I use eucalyptus all the time and absolutely hate it Wish I had the barfing emoticon...
My folks make it right off the tree. My father owns lands which are filled only with eucalyptus trees.
They take the leaves, then cloves and other Indian ingredients, put them all in hot water. They give you a blanket and you go inside and inhale this vapour for a good 5 to 10 minutes......... it just relaxes any chapped nose

I'm sure it is wonderful but I have grown to dislike it very much
No..."trying to get"...maybe that's a southern phrase. Just means my body seems bound and determined to catch it!
It's funny - that's what I say, too, because it's a literal translation from my mother tongue. I know it raises brows, but I like it better. Besides, I like raising brows, too!

Try taking antioxidants , like green tea, or pomegranate. This will help your body fight against it.
