If this is regarding a childrens book I never had kids so I have an excuse for not knowing.
If my post needs clarification - I drive a very nice car that is paid for. But if I have interest in someone it doesn't matter to me what kind of car she may have or if she drives at all. Communication is what matters to me the most, not what kind of car she drives.
