Hi!
I have a problem: my girlfriend and I agreed to go to her family social act. (For her was very important that I go with her). The problem is that I have a concert the same day. She argued with me about her act was put the date before than mine. My mother and my friends said to me that I should go to my concert but I don't know what to do.
What, exactly, is her family's "social act?" You mean activity? Is it a wedding or something? Is she in a wedding party?
And what do you mean by you "have" a concert? Are you performing? Or is it something you bought tickets to? If you bought tickets, did you buy them before you agreed to go to her family function?
Social act: her niece makes one's first Holy Communion.
I am a composer, and one work of the concert was composed by me, it is a premiere, performed by some choirs.

Were it me, I would choose your concert, hands down.
See if there is any way you can meet up with them later as a compromise. This is extended family and has secondary precedence over something like this.

Honestly, unless she is an extremely religious person I'd question her true feelings about you. Hearing a piece of your work performed is a very big deal in my opinion.
I agree with us, but she said to me that when something happens like this, I leave her in a second place, and that I do not fight for us, for the couple. I understand her.
How long have you and your girlfriend been together?
We have been together for 2 years.
