You already know the answer to that or you wouldn't be on here asking. You're looking for justification to be selfish and take care of your needs at the cost of others. It at least says something positive about you that you are at least pausing to think about it. You do it and get caught, you damn well better hope her husband is a better man than you.
I imagine some do but only a fraction of that some
lives to talk about it later after the husband finds out.
So you believe that,
A) Most men whose wives cheat eventually find out about it, and
B) The ones who do find out about it find out the identity of the guy, and
C) Most of the men who find out about the cheating kill the guy who did it? And,
D) All of these things come together enough that "only a fraction" of the guys who sleep with someone else's wife aren't murdered?
Granted, "a fraction" could mean 999,999,999/1,000,000,000; but typically when one uses the term "a fraction" in this manner he is talking about a very small fraction.
