What's wrong with being asked out by email? Fine with me.

Email is probably the most reliable way to contact me a good part of the time.

I asked my fiance out by email. Worked for me. Then again we met online. I couldn't exactly ask her out in person, otherwise I would have.

Agree with Bighouse. People are WAY to dependent on the internet to talk, chat, ask questions, etc... Pick up the phone and call.

Normally, I would think asking someone out over email is kind of cheesy. But sometimes, you don't always get that one-on-one opportunity. Plus I'm sure it's awkward for women to be forced to answer on the spot. Just don't ask someone to marry you by email.

Why even meet up? You and her could each be at a restaurant of his or her choice or at home watching TV and text message the night away!

So men who don’t ask face to face are cowards and women who don’t answer face to face are fine? Shouldn’t women be also considered cowards by answering by email?

Depends on how long their friendship has been too I guess.
