If some sort of being from a world utterly different from ours were to get a glimpse, not just of us humans, but of all the history of humanity, what would this being see? To make it more interesting, let's assume this being:
a) Is conscious of its own existence, like us. But...
b) It has no sense of "right" or "wrong". As far as morals are concerned, this creature is more similar to a lizard than a human (Assuming lizards don't have a moral sense!)
c) This alien can see everything that has ever happened, and everything that will ever happen. It can view an action of mine, for example, and immediately comprehend all consequences of that action. And that includes all minute consequences that may seem to be unimportant to me, but may actually affect my life, not just the major, obvious consequences (like breaking my ankles because I decided to jump off the roof).
How might this creature view we humans? How would we compare to all the other animals on our planet?

i think that lizard alien probably would be smacking his chops thinking how the hell am i going to get to earth, to get all these new tasty food morsels on his new neutron convection grill..
Hmm. This lizard-being you describe sounds surprisingly like the Biblical god (no morals, omniscience, etc)
So, like Biblical god he would likely see us as expendable, irrelevant insects - while simultaneously maintaining an irrational fixation on who we marry or have sex with.
It would probably see us as a virus on our planet just like Agent Smith in Matrix. Maybe if we're lucky it would take it upon itself to get rid of the elements of society that are bent on hatred and the destruction of this planet and leave the people who will treat this world properly and take care of it. Being able to project into the future like that it would know who is good for this planet and who isn't and I don't think it would have much to do with which god the people bowed to.
I think the prerequisites alone make it hard for me to imagine. Something conscious of its own existence seems to me that it would be able to have its own moral convictions if for nothing other than survival reasons. Those moral convictions could possibly be considered sociopathic by us or perhaps they may be beyond comprehension of kindness. The awareness of "I" seems, in my opinion, to lend credence to what is best for "I." Depending on the situation, what is best for "YOU" may very well suit "I" better than what suits only "I."

A dumb race of people not worthy of an official introduction.
I don't like to imagine aliens as lizards. I rather think that if they were able to view us, they would be beyond our intelligence. I believe they would think humans were savage with all the wars and murders and crimes against humanity. They would probably find our lifestyles curious comparing New York City to Butte Montana or any two different areas. They would wonder why we pollute and have a retarded space shuttle compared to their space object. To name a few.
It all depends on the mindset of the otherworldly alien lizards. If they have developed a higher civilization, then their perspective will probably be more generous than, say, thinking they'd just found a new food source.
