Is this the science that has killed thousands of people in testing drugs and animals :-) Science is the matter of causing further loss of life to cure it.
It takes no miracles to kill something in your labs to cure cancer, to cure aids, to cure any disease lives must be killed and tested in cages like rats.
Science is cold, it smiles at facts ignores the destruction.
That's one of the most anti-scientific statements I have ever seen. If you hate science so much, be sure never to watch your TV again, don't use air-conditioning, when you get sick don't use any medicine, etc., etc.
They make all sorts of CLAIMS about what causes it--but people go out and do those very things, and don't contract it.

If your god "created science" then why didn't we poof into existence clutching our iPhones and surfing the internet? Why didn't he tell us in his wondrous holy book that we should maybe wash our hands to prevent sickness? Why does his book imply that women are "unclean" once a month and should be shunned? If god created science, you'd think that the ignorant goatherders of the bible would know that you don't get spotted goats by peeling sticks and putting them in the water trough. Yeah, god is soooo scientific.
As far as your cancer patient, nothing happens in the universe that requires a "god did it". There are no miracles.
