There is no ignoring of the fact that Aids was strictly in the gay community for quite sometime, before bi sexuals spread it to the heterosexual community. I'm not saying this was a punishment from god, how ever I do believe all things on this earth happen for a reason, and that reason is gods will.

So, you're saying god wanted gays to get AIDS, in fact was in FAVOR of gays dying from AIDS. How can you possibly say that wouldn't be a 'punishment' for their actions?
You're talking out of both sides of your mouth. Why aren't you brave enough to just come out and admit that you think gays deserved this, and that your god gave it to them for sticking it in the "wrong" place?

LoL your hatred and anger is duly noted. I don't think god was punishing people,just because people die does not mean they are being punished. Punishment in my religion happens in another life, not this one. I feel sorry that you are so angry that you need to lash out.

I can take comfort in that he's clearly speaking for some form or denomination of Christianity I have no connection to and maybe even dislike to some extent. It's a bit harder when Catholics say weird things, but I've known weird Catholics before (I'm a bit weird myself I suppose) so it's maybe not that bad.
Of course it gods doing, why else would there be 2 - 3 million children living with AIDS, millions that have died from it, and 14 to 18 million children orphaned by AIDS? It ain't gods work unless lots and lots of children suffer, then you can be assured "god dunnit"
So what was it, a reward? You say your god willed it to happen. I can feel the divine love from here.
It was not a reward, it was reality. Those people had to reap what they sew. If you have sex with an infected person, you may catch aids. Seems pretty simple to me. Simple choices in life can prevent most from contracting aids.
