Erm, I don't understand the question. Can you please clarify what we're trying to measure here and what the numbers would mean??
1, not zero, but close. Why? Because chance plays too large of a role, and I believe natural forces (DNA recombination, mutation, natural selection, etc) are powerful enough to account for the diversity of species. Also, it really seems to me that the concept of an intelligent creator was just created by the human mind.
I'm virtually certain there is no god, so perhaps 1 in 10^32 at best - that's a decimal point followed by 31 zeros and a 1. There is no evidence for, and extremely good arguments against.
