You have never heard the Khutbahs I have given to my Brothers and Sisters at the Mosque. I do not speak very kindly of those who have committed any acts of terrorism and am much more adamant if I hear the perpetrators were Muslim. Terrorism is against Islam and is as much our enemy as it is to non-Muslims. I agree with you those who do so are insane idiots, who are taking a fast express path to Hellfire. They will never see paradise, suicide and killing innocents is the fastest way to loose paradise.
Thank you, Woodrow, for providing a down-to-earth Muslim voice in this thread. You seem a decent fellow.
Christians are the founders of the U.S.A.? Would you name a few historical Christian founders.

Seriously, what history did you read?
Nearly all the founding fathers of this country were Christian in some version or another...

Interesting thought, but I would like some proof as to how Christians re-wrote history books and are getting into the classroom in science and prayer..it seems just the opposite these days...
While Christians are being bashed as "hateful bigots", "far-rights", "stupid morons", "hillbillies", Muslims are respectfully called as "peaceful people" who "share with us the Truth of Quran". Please explain why?
By whom? There are extremes on both sides of this issue. Who are you listening too?
Don't interject yester-year's history for what is current topic in today's world...the concept of deism has changed slightly since late 1700's until today.
The God most of these people worshipped and read about, in the Bible, was certainly the Christian God most christian denominations worship today. Even though it may have been called something different back then, it doesn't replace the concept.
Don't forget, these people are just shortly removed form a country where there was but one religious denomination, the Church of England. If you didn't believe step in line with that doctrine, you were dead.
Thus, many of the thinking class had different thoughts on the Christian God and theology in general, but it certainly was the Bible they were reading and the Christian God they were worshipping.

Extremism is extremism it is the same no matter what Faith it claims to represent.
Violent Fanatics and Terrorists exist among all people. they represent only them selves and are of the same genre. All Terrorists are of one belief, the Belief of Terrorism, no matter what their faith is labeled.
Maybe somebody can help to answer my politically incorrect question? It seems Muslim have more Rights and influence as Christians who founded the country you live in.While Christians are being bashed as "hateful bigots", "far-rights", "stupid morons", "hillbillies", Muslims are respectfully called as "peaceful people" who "share with us the Truth of Quran". You're right about much.
Many religions are "hateful bigots", "far-rights", "stupid morons", "hillbillies", etc.
Conclusion: Religions suck, big time!

Wrong. The Deistic God then, just as today, is in no way shape or form the Christian or Biblical god. The Deist Founding Fathers (i.e the principle founders) rejected the miracles and divinity of Jesus and saw The Bible as absurd mythology rather than the word of any god. They founded this nation on the secular ideals of The Enlightenment, not on Christianity or The Bible.
You've been thoroughly indoctrinated into the "sunday school" revisionist history I was referring to earlier.
You are right about the Church of England though - our founders came here fleeing from CHRISTIAN nations. Not to establish one.
