Pretty tricky little quiz over on Slate. I only got 5/9 correct.

6/9 here.

The 3 wrongs were me attributing 3 comments to Muslims that were actually said by Christian fundamentalist.

Sort of indicates the fundamentalist have the same mind-set no matter what religion they follow.

Same here.

I've said it for a long time, Christian fundamentalist politicians are like the American Taliban. If they could have their way, they'd establish a theocracy too. They keep saying that they want legislation based on the Bible but somehow people just don't take them seriously. Yet if a Muslim says he wants legislation based on the Quran, he's labeled an extremist. The biggest threat to America's freedom comes from within.

Yeah, I missed the first one, but got all the others. Fundies are fundies no matter what the religion they profess.

5/9 I was basically just guessing, because any of those comments could easily come from the zealots of either religion. None were a surprise, really.

Nice post, YO. It was making the point that there is not much to choose between Christian Fundamenties and Muslim ones. And it made it rather well. It is one quiz i don't mind doing poorly at. Of course, there could be a cherry -picking element: selecting the similar views and leaving out the ones that are signally different.
