Are you certain that the Jewish war veterans involved in this case are atheists?

Go argue with yourself then, because I am discussing the actual case, and the facts around that case.
I read enough already and know what happened, its not that complicated.

If a group wants to stand behind and support this thing, well then there is not one fiber of morality in their being, at its core is a dis-gracing effort and agenda.

You clearly don't know what happened. And apparently have no interest in finding out. But don't let that get in your way.

Based on your comments, you don't even have a basic understanding of this case, or how the judicial system works in this country. I understand that you don't like the constitution, but it is the supreme law of the land.

Except it wasn't atheists that were involved in this case, it was Jewish veterans that objected to having a Christian symbol represent them. But again, don't let facts get in the way of your ranting.

So you're going to blame atheists no matter what. Even when it was a Jewish organization behind the lawsuit, you're going to blame atheists, and if that requires you to invent completely lame arguments, by golly, that's what you're going to do! Forget logic, forget facts, forget rationality, forget truth! Just as long as you can pin the blame on those evil atheists, everything you say must have merit!

As far as I've read,

I believe the atheists and secularists tried having the factionist idol removed because it was in public land ( a park it seems) and used as an idol to celebrate Easter (not for the dawn goddess of rebirth and spring, but for the resurrected King of the Jews.

The idolatrous Christians began to lie and say that it was always a War Memorial without a plaque and without Memorial services on Memorial Day (probably justifying it by thinking to themselves that Jesus died for some war).

The Atheists lost the cause because of Judges that gave privilege to the Christians whom they likely belong to as a destructive pro-Christianity even up to the point of anti-American faction.

Now, the Jews said the Cross doesn't represent their veterans and the Christian Judges didn't want a Star of David to grace next to the religionist cross demonstrating that Jesus still has no legitimacy as King of the Jews, since the Jews no longer accept rule through Kingdom and instead have embraced Democracy, as Heaven should. Plus, the Anointed King of the Jews is to fulfill all the prophesies, No pretend-King will demonstrate Anointing till then.

Since Christians will not accept their Easter celebrations to be branding a Star of David, the Judges had to decide to take the Cross of Easter down.

Since Jesus hasn't fulfilled all the prophecies, he can't be called a Messiah, as King David was, until he does. The Body of Christ (Christians) isn't even ruling over Israel, as a Messiah should. The Gentile brides of Christ are but dogs. Jesus needs to come and mary his own body and fulfill the prophesies completely to earn the title of Messiah. Until all Gentiles recognize Jews as their superiors, there will be no proof of his Messiahship, but only counter-proof.
