Suppose I give you some "required reading" and you may be able to answer your own question.
Look up "APOCRYPHA" (the "left out" text). First book of Adam and Eve. It tells that along with Cain and Able, they also had two daughters. After Able's death, they had another son, Seth. Cain took Mallulah for his wife, and Seth was married to his other sister at age 14.
It really does not seem reasonable to assume that they stopped having kids after two. Especially when you consider how many years they were supposed to have lived on this earth. For that matter, there may have been even more that the "APOCRYPHA" doesn't mention.

Another example of God's situational ethics. Apparently in those days there was nothing wrong with marrying your sister.
God could have very easily created several families that have a distinct genetic make-up. But, because the human authors of the Bible didn't have a clue about genetics and the risk of marrying one's sister, they thought they could have blood relatives marrying and having sex all the time without any consequences. This is just one more example of how we can tell that the Bible was not divinely inspired.

Why are you assuming that the Bible is a complete and detailed account?? The Old Testament is, for the most part, a summary of a summary of a summary. Genesis never said they didn't have other children. Genesis tends to leave out more details than it includes.
I think Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel and Seth are real people. I just think there is a ton of details that we're not being told about them and the world around them.

It's interesting that even the ancient readers of these texts realized there was a huge problem with the genealogical account in Genesis and set about to fix it by giving Cain a sister to marry. The author of the Book of Jubilees does this (as you rightly pointed out) and embarks on an attempt to explain away many other problems in the historical books of the Hebrew Bible. He could be said to have been one of the first apologists, and one of the first inner-biblical interpreters that used previous books to influence his own writings.
How valuable are his writings to illuminating the actual text of Genesis? Well, that's an entirely different matter altogether! He certainly came up with some interesting stories, but I highly doubt any of them were based on actual reliable tradition - if one can even use such a term. In the end, it wasn't his highly fantastical stories that got him relegated to the "Apocrypha", but his insistence on using a solar calendar, in opposition to the normative lunar calendar that had been in use by the Jews. This was quite a hotbed topic, and even served to separate the community at Qumran (of the Dead Sea Scrolls) apart from the prevailing Judaism of the time.
The first humans mated with non-humans and, in some case, created new humans.
Yes, I am very serious about this.
Who did God create after Adam and Eve ?
All of us.
