While some have tried to offer scholarship, one has to ask why this decree was even necessary? It does seem that the chosen were really a perverse people and based upon all the crap they did and experimented with, one has to ask, do they represent a good example of so called morality?

When you read some of these sexual laws, it sure sounds like they were whipping it out and doing it in the market square. It does not sound (read) like there was much discretion or the men were boastful of their sexual conquests. Does that description ring a bell anyone? Hello...
