When I was about 14 years old, I'd have these certain experiences almost every other Saturday morning (for about 4 weeks), and years later I read a certain book in a store and read the exact same experiences I used to have being described, it was calling those experiences astral travel. Needless to say, I was a little surprised, but I was sort of skeptical.

Astral travel is, in short, the spirit traveling outside the body. Some also think it's in the subconscious that our spirit minds lives, and that falling dreams and sleep paralysis are also a from of out of body experience.

Do you believe in Astral Travel? I have a hard time not believing it.

I believe that astral travel can be experienced as real as dreams sometimes do.
I just don't believe that dreams are real.

In order to realise your dreams, you have to wake up first.

i believe we "astral travel" every time we sleep..and dreams are only to keep the mind functioning while your soul isn't present

I don't think that a soul is any different from having a conscience.
And my conscience doesn't go anywhere without my body.

I feel as thought it's happened to me often but that I have no control of where I'm going.
I have known people that have this down to where they can control where they go and there's books about it but I haven't read any of them.

I've been in several situations where I was 'asleep', but I wasn't actually 'dreaming'. I wasn't concious, but I could 'see' my surroundings. Never learned to control the sensation, and it hasn't happened in a long time, but still....

I suppose my answer is, 'Yes, I do'.

Isn't that not the same as being in a trance?
