Do not msitake me for a law thrower I do believe The law stills holds up in the Nt but as a schoolmaster as paul says a reminder of sin. NO law no knowledge of sin.
The Scriptures tell us that God does not change. And yet if someone was put to death today for stealing a loaf of bread you would say that country was barbaric. If someone was put to death for adultery today you probably say what he did was wrong, but again barbaric to someone to death for it. Thats what radical muslims do isnt it? Do you not think that genocide is wrong, wrong, wrong, whatever the reason?. How were the Israelites men of God, and yet could go sticking spears through the babies and women of another nation and then go home and have a normal life with their own wife and children?
Dont you realise how your belief allows you to brush aside the most heinous, horrible atrocities committed by the god of the bible. I find it troubling that people can do this. God could have made sure that Christ was born whatever. He is all powerful, is He not? And He didnt have any qualms about stepping into the fray himself on occasion. What was his point in having the Israelites do his dirty work? It makes no sense.
So there were no decent people in any of those nations? The babies were already corrupted were they? Just thank your lucky stars you were not born in the middle of China and dont know about Christianity, because it must be so awful for them, living in such an unchristian, unsaved nation.
That is what has happened to 4/5ths of the world today. 2000 years on and more of the worlds population know little or nothing of the Christian message than those who do. What a colossal failure on the part of God. But then again, maybe its because He knows like He did with the Midianites and the people of Ai and all the other nations, that these people will never become Christians and He is just drooling at the thought of having to destroy or send 4/5 billion people to Hell depending on what your belief is.
I say again it does NOT make sense. If Jesus is God He must have had a personality transplant somewhere between the 5th Century BC and the 1st Century AD because the God of the OT is NOTHING like the Jesus of the NT.
Show me proof that God has saved us... There is no proof, people still die and suffer and no one has ever come back to say how great it is in heaven.
Problems with Christianity Islam's view of Christianity is that it started off as a religion based in Jewish tradition but accepting Jesus as a prophet and teacher. In time these teachings got replaced by corrupted teachings that Islam rejects: Jesus was not God incarnate and he was not God's begotten son.

This is where Islam doesn't understand Christian's, Jesus was much more then a prophet or a teacher. To the Christian, HE is LORD, The Son of God and Our Saviour.
