Let's get the facts right, something you are prone to avoid. Heterosexual STDs are far, far, FAR more common than HIV.

1. Human Papilloma Virus (is currently the most wide spread STD. It affects roughly three-quarters of the sexually active population and a staggering one-quarter of sexually active women--)
2. Gonorrhea
3. Sexually transmitted Hepatitis B (HBV)
4. Syphilis
5. Chlamydia
6. Crabs
7. Bacterial Vaginosis
8. Herpes
9. Trichomoniasis
10. HIV

At least two of the above are 100% women.

So what does it look like by state?

10. North Carolina
524 per 100,000 have chlamydia. It ranks 6th in gonorrhea and 24th in syphillis transmissions.
9. Arkansas

Can you believe that? Not a single one of the states with the highest STD rates has HIV even listed---and most of those states are in the BIBLE BELT!!!

And once again, jeff, you are proven to be completely devoid of facts.

And once again, jeff, you are proven to be completely devoid of facts.
And once again, your distort reality to fit your false perception. Ever think that maybe the fact that the southern states you listed are among the poorest in the country has something to do with your statistics? Plus those STDS are quite treatable. HIV can not be cured and a huge burden on the healthcare industry in terms of treatment costs.

If I am completely devoid of facts then you are saying it is NOT a fact that HIV is occurring mainly in gay men. Is that really a position you want to take?

You act like Bible believing Christians are the scourge of the earth causing every single problem in the universe. So ridiculous.

Poorest, most conservative, and the HEART of the BIBLE BELT. Are you saying the three go together?

HIV and other STDs are growing in many groups, particularly seniors...

What is there left to do for this topic? You refuse to acknowledge the actual facts of this case and keep trying to defend what is not fact.

But he simply can't get his mind off anal sex. Poor jeffie, his sphincter muscle must contract every time he even thinks about the phrase or visualizes the act.
One would hope he can relax enough for regular BMs so he can't be thought of as literally full of s....
as well as figuratively.

The baker said that he wouldn't bake her a cake. Have you actually read the ruling in this case or are you just making stuff up as you go along?

You seemed to suggest that it was discrimination against the customer.
Yes, mainly because he was willing to sell her a cake until he found out that she was gay.

So he wasn't anti-gay, he just refused to serve a gay customer because they were gay. Again, if this is the best defense they can come up with I'd expect the appeal to be a waster of time.

They did. And they also reported the illegal activity of the business owner to the appropriate authorities. Both are reasonable responses to illegal discrimination in a commercial setting.

Texas is in the heart of the Bible belt and I don't see it on the list. But then again, Texas isn't a poor state.

You are not having intercourse. Good for you. You will not spread disease nor will you procreate.

Your choice not to have intercourse has nothing to do with HIV rates. Did you know that churches all over the country are speaking about HIV and AIDS at the pulpit today?
They are including the fact that HIV and AIDs is not a disease of homosexual men. That kind of thinking does more harm than good. People think they cannot become HIV positive because they are heterosexual.

The word is spreading all over the country today, in church.

I am making a sour cream pound cake to celebrate, with a crumb of cinnamon, allspice, and cocoa nibs.

Those bakers have not learned the lesson presented to them. They now cook out of their kitchen. I imagine that fits under the Cottage Laws of the State, however those laws have income limits for home baking.

I hope they do not have dogs or cats. It is very difficult to keep pet hair out of the kitchen.
