It is getting to be just regular weekly news that another pastor does something that the normal moral person would not.

This time he has embezzled 35 million dollars. The good news is, he did this to the megachurch he founded in Singapore. In case you're not aware, Singapore has rather harsh penalties for people like this.

In the news today, a Christian committed sin. In other news, many Christian leaders remained faithful to God today.

In other news, atheists and non-Christians around the world committed quite a few sins themselves.

Cupper, I'm sure, no I'm positive, that there is a flip side, that there are positive things Christian pastors are doing in the world but you love to look at the negative, it tells me something about you.

Isn't that exactly what evangelicals do when they call out others sin?

But they are directed to do so by Jesus, right?

Do you not ever question the "holier than thou" preaching, and then the malfeasance that occurs? There comes a point in time where the credibility of the profession itself is questioned.

Perfect example?

What is the first think most people today associate with the words "Catholic Priest"?

Being a Christian does not exempt people from being a crook. As is evidenced by the number of Believers who cheat on their taxes or don't pay their parking tickets.

This guy just did it on a bigger scale.

How come there are no threads on "Christian starts after-school program in inner city"? Wait. I know. You don't get to say provocative things when Christians are doing good things.
