I'm going to steal from John Lennon, this is how I would like it to be.

Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...

Me too. Holey moley! I just did the math. It was 50 years ago.

The lip-to-lip contact lasted for perhaps 2-3 infinite seconds. Then I lost my balance and stumbled backwards down her porch steps - skinny arms flailing and windmilling and legs akimbo - but somehow managed to avoid landing on my keister.

I have a hunch she's never forgotten it either.

For me heaven will be kind of like a nice English pub where all the people who used to
be atheists and agnostics on these forums will no longer be atheist or agnostic.
And we will all have truly loving fellowship around a nice pint of ale.
And the cigarettes there will not cause problems heathwise.
And farts will exude a wonderful rose-like scent LOL!
Your expectations are very low...

I like that in a man.

Pretty simple.

Like Earth, but no jerks making other people do stuff. Nobody getting hurt or killed because they're different. Also, we have some cool nature going on. Giant trees and stuff, not Sequioa-sized, Mana Tree.

But then I tried imagining eternity. Eternity means that after 100 trillion years, you're still no closer to the end. I think I would probably go nuts after the first 1 trillion years. And yet I'd have no way to escape. Not even suicide would work, since I'd already be dead. I think that would be hell.

Don't you think the construct of time would be meaningless? If nothing about your appearance ever changed and you weren't closer to anything, what would be the point of time. It would always be now.

To be some where like Wyoming in the summer/ late fall all the time. One big hiking/camping playground!

That is a good question. Maybe the "sensation" of time would be different if nothing ever changed. But I still think that would become incredibly boring. I think I would eventually go mad.
