Is Satan the second most powerful force in the universe ever created by god? If not what's above Satan and where does he numerals up?
no bad means no good.
It aint rocket science.
If it wasn't for the rain, there would be no stresses for evolution to work with so equilibrium (of the dynamic variety) can be reached when the rain stops.

Can you please dumb it down to heathen level so I can understand what you're trying to say? ;-)
Is god good the most powerful, and evil is bad satan, and god both posses those powers(?), right?
If bad/evil isn't the second most powerful force ever created by god then what is?

The Bible doesn't really say. He was an angel -- called "The Morning Star"...he was said to be a Cherubim -- one of the highest order of angels. I'm not sure we can quantify the "power" of him versus other angels or other created beings, though.

There are no recognized forces of bad/evil in the Universe.
FACT: There are four fundamental interactions that we know of. These four interactions account for all observed forces.
These interactions are:
Strong Nuclear
Weak Nuclear
Electromagnetic
Gravitational
The strongest of these four is the Strong Nuclear. However, since this interaction operates at a very short range inside the nucleus (as little as 1 fm - which is a femto-meter or 10^-15 meters) it is not the sort of force that we experience in everyday lives. This interaction acts between the nucleons (particles in the atomic nucleus - protons and neutrons which are made of quarks) and it is responsible for keeping the nucleus together. This interaction is mediated by so called gluons.
Here is a nice video about the Strong Nuclear Force
The greatest enemy to God is death , and death will be the last enemy that will be destroyed .....``Christ the first fruits , afterward those who are Christ`s at His coming , ..Then comes an end to all rule and all authority and power ..... For death must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet ... The last enemy that will be destroyed is death ...For death has put all things under His feet .... But when death says all things are put under Him ...Now when all things are made subject to Him , then the Son Jesus Himself will also be subject to Him who put things under Him , that God may be all in all .............................. See satan and the devils hoards are a spiritual menace for life , , but the greatest obstacle God has is people who give their lives to God so God can overcome death for all men and women who come to Christ is the greatest power ............................... 1 Corinthians 15:20- 28
Per definition creator created everything.
everything is all inclusive.
Satan is neither good nor bad. Satan is simply another point of view of god.
Humanity needs duality. There can not possibly be eternal good without eternal bad, as existentially speaking, idea of eternal good is clearly contradicted by obvious bad. Hence, human mind created a god/satan, good/bad concept to somehow justify seemingly unsolvable puzzle - if there were god and god is good then why there is bad? Hence, there has to be another force that causes bad.
In reality, there is nothing good or bad. Reality simply is. It is purely perfect as is. Human perception of reality is altered by human mind perception. That perception judges it as this or that. Remove humanity and such silly postulates as good, bad, god, satan simply disappear as nature is. Neti neti. Neither this nor that. Simply is. Perfect.
Since we have a word for "everything" which is.... wait for it..... "everything"..... could you define the word "everything" and the word "god" as you mean them, and be clear what the difference is between them.
Because if you are just doing a 1:1 direct replacement of one word for another.... then you are, technically, by definition, saying absolutely nothing at all. Which, if nothing else, at least means you are consistent, but I genuinely am not seeing how this answers the OPs question.
