So now it's amputation, not mutilation... and 5 year olds can exercise their free will..

Ok.

Court rules atheism a religion
“It is difficult not to be somewhat jaundiced about our courts when they take clauses especially designed to protect religion from the state and turn them on their head by giving protective cover to a belief system, that, by every known definition other than the courts’ is not a religion, while simultaneously declaring public expressions of true religious faith to be prohibited,” Fahling said.

Ok.
Yes, the amputation of my foreskin is mutilation.

You're also right, a 5 year old can excercise their free will. Can a three day old exercise it's free will?

Then your anger at your 'amputation' against your parents vs the tradition of a religion.

You must not read very well. It's a quote right in the article!
Fahling was upset they ruled it a Religion...THIS is what he said about the ruling:

Brian Fahling, senior trial attorney for the American Family Association Center for Law & Policy, called the court’s ruling “a sort of Alice in Wonderland jurisprudence.”
“Up is down, and atheism, the antithesis of religion, is religion,”

That he didn't like the ruling...doesn't change it.
There have been other cases ruling Atheism a Religion.
Because...once a REAL assessment of it is made...setting aside the headtrips of the biased suffering from Godophobia afflictions...it is easy to see that it is a "Belief System" (not "Lack of Belief" like the biased claim) and a "Religion".

It is also very "cultlike".

That wasn't my commentary.

So it's not a religious tradition... ok.

God told your parents to authorize the doctor to amputate. Got it.

This keeps getting better.

Quoting and bolding would indicate it as adopted and/or endorsed by you.
If not, why did you...what was the point?
