Excellent question. I don't think a self-actualized person would so much rate themselves as check the list thinking there might be some good pointers to self-improvement.

Would a person on their way to self actualization be concerned with self-improvement? I only read a little bit of what was posted about it but it seemed more of an exercise in self acceptance rather than improvement. It reminds me of some quote I heard (don't know who to attribute it to) Sought after virtue in not virtue.

Acceptance of self improves most lives, I think.

Most definitely, it stops pain that leads to defensive behavior and shields a person from further attacks. It's a matter of what to focus on.

I wouldn't rate you as poopy at all. I see you as very intelligent. I have a feeling you are talking above me most times but once in awhile I understand you. Take that with a grain of salt considering the source

See, if you weren't so darned self actualized you would have read the whole thing and seen that them people actually seek to improve themselves. Get with the program dude.

The program is Game of Thrones and the theme is: binge watch. A woman has got to divide her time wisely and self improvement got pushed back until tomorrow (again). Did you know in that show there is something called the Many-Faced God?
