Osayo, my brothers and sisters, today marks the one-year anniversary of the death of my youngest grandson, he was 17 years old and he walked in two worlds and both overcame him. He succumbed to depression and took his own life. He will be remembered.

I offer this prayer to all those who suffer from this depression.

Hold on

Hold on to what is good, Even if it's a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe, Even if it's a tree that stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do, Even if it's a long way from here.
Hold onto your life, Even if it's easier to let go.
Hold onto my hand, Even if someday I'll be gone away from you.

If you know of somebody who may suffer from depression, offer them your hand, it could save a life.osay

June, just stopping for a bit to sit within the Sacred Circle.

June assumes that you have already honored whatever "coincidences" took place today, whether they originate from within the secular world, or the world of your greater Spirit....

Please know that you, your family, and most of all your grandson have been in June's heart and thoughts, today.

Take extra gentle care, my freind...

What a beautiful and inspirational prayer. My heart goes out to you and to your family. It breaks my heart to think of all the people that have taken their own lives. I can't imagine what they must have been going through and I hope that they have found the peace that they were looking for.

I agree. A lovely work, ptsum. I am so very sorry concerning the passing of your grandson a year ago.

For a nonbeliever you responded to the world of the greater Spirit. You know I don't believe in "coincidences", stop and think about the days events, everything happens for a reason my dear friend......and I thank you for your well wishes and thoughts..
