Not so, . Very little defies my intellectual grasp. I only use those words when they accurately describe the content they refer to.
there is nothing remotely intellectual (or advanced or evolved or developed, or even mature) about using such childish terms as "insanity" "nonsense" "blather" and "woo" to describe concepts in wisdom traditions (Buddhism, Hinduism, Daoism) which have been recognized as valid, valued, and treasured for over 4,000 years.

it appears the coping mechanism used for that which exceeds your intellect is to label it as "nonsense" "insanity" "woo" "ignorant" "irrational blather."

There's nothing wrong with a little woo. But obsession with anything woo is another matter.
I think woo can be an amazing coping mechanism. I'm a fan of feng shui and find it very helpful if I feel anxious about something. As with most things, especially coping mechanism, use in moderation. Plus I like it because it helps me switch gears into a more creative space than I usually am. I believe in the power of it while I'm doing it.
Some people end up attaching way to much significance to the connections their minds make and mistake them for some part of the environment IMO.

I'm not sure there is nothing wrong with a little woo, depending on where that little woo may lead...
Far as I'm concerned one person's woo is another person's version of consciousness, oneness, deep-felt connection with God, spirituality or whatever else one may choose to call it. Found one way or another and interpreted, extrapolated and verified well enough far as they are concerned while for others it's all just woo.

As we can see on this board, where the wielders of woo are some of the most arrogant posters.
