When looking at the disciples and the early followers of Christ (The gospels, Acts, etc), how would you describe what you see if you could only use one word?
If you're looking at the disciples in the Gospels, there's only one word to use:
Bewildered. Those poor folks had little idea what was going on half the time, and the other half they were just flat-out wrong.
