saw that article today and shook my head.. while I don't believe in impending doom.. I do believe things will still get worse before they get better. fundamentals call for it.

God's empire never dies. His empire is forever. Didn't God say he would destroy the web of nations; that being the banking system
I don't recall any Bible passages that mention any of the economic troubles that the world is facing at the present moment. While banks did actually exist in those days there was no such thing as corporations, the real estate market, and all of the extremely complex economic entities that exist today. Also, I don't agree with the notion that the banking system can be equated to the nations in the world. They're very different things.
