Advice please, looking to get work painting and cleaning Apts (apartments, pay)

Howdy all, I'm looking to get an account or two painting and cleaning Apartments when people move out.

I use to do this 20 years ago when I was 24 years old.

I need advice on how to get the work and how to charge. For instance, how much for a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, etc.
I live in Birmingham, Al

When I use to do it, I was on the apartments payroll, however, I want to to it on my own this time around.

Any advice how much to charge and to get started would be greatly appreciated,

Wrong forum. Post on the AL state forum but also pay attention to what's allowed where posts are concerned in accordance with CD rules about advertising. Probably best you put an ad in the local newspaper and go from there. Good luck!
