We rented out 4 apartments and 1 house adjacent to our store from 1994 to 2011. We no longer have them.

How many apartments or houses do you rent out? How many before being a landlord becomes a full-time job?

10 buildings with 33 units. Some single, some duplex,4-plex,8-plex. It's a full time job.
