I prefer SFH myself even though I live a duplex right now that feels living in an apartment environment especially with my neighbors having numerous "friends" over.

Forever Blue I will say this it does look nice.

The apartment looks nice, I like the media room! Is your apartment upstairs or downstairs?

It's a total of only 3 stories. I'll be on the 2nd floor. I hope I don't regret it. The thing is, I don't want the ground floor because I want a little more secure feeling, but I don't want the 3rd because I won't want to climb up & down all those stairs contstantly & they don't have an elevator, so the 2nd floor's all that's left.

That is a nice spot. I'm not moving until June but I had to take occupancy in May so I had to get the electric/gas and renters insurance for May. I was very surprised that rentals in the Detroit Metro area have been fulling up fast. I guess the car companies are on fire again. Anyway, I called my new complex and they charge a fee for credit cards.

I decided on the 3rd floor again. I live on the 3rd floor now. I don't like all the stairs but I can't be on the 1st floor for the same reason of security. The 2nd floor is not good for me because the noise from the 3rd floor and the noise from my kids and dealing with sensitive noise people on the 1st floor. The 3rd floor is going to be better since I won't have to deal with noise above me and it gets cold up north so my electric bill will be a bit lower living on the top floor.
