Does any body knows how long it takes (avarage) to evict a non paying tenant in Rochester city (new york)?

No one not in Rochester.

If YOU are the Landlord then you need to find OTHER Rochester LL's to help you with the
**civil process** so that whatever time it should take isn't doubled or worse because you didn't
know what the rules require of you.

In that same vein... you should have a good LL oriented real estate attorney too.
Ideally, he'll have already reviewed your lease to be sure it both meets the law and protects your interests

Scroll way down to the section on evictions.

The address and phone number are on this page, too, for the Civil Bureau. Why don't you give them a call and ask them? I bet they can give you an idea.
