Okay first off let me tell you there are worse things you can hear than loud noise , talking and walking . I had a neighbor next door and she would leave her windows open at night and I kid you not every Friday and Saturday night she had sex noises coming from the windows . I would hear her and what ever flavor of the week man she had over there . I was never so glad to see someone move in my life . ... consider yourself lucky . I went through several pairs of ear plugs and I swear the pharmacy where I bought them started to give me strange looks .
I find that if you confront a noisy annoying neighbor they will deny doing anything and that there's other people in the bldg. and they must be the culprit!
