Are there companies that will offering designing/furnishing services for the whole home? I own a rental that I currently rent out unfurnished. Once the tenant moves out I'd like to turn it into a furnished rental. I live out of state and my PM does not providing furnishing services.
The place is located in SoFL. Do you know if there is a company that does this? I searched and found a few in Orlando and Katy, TX, but nothing in SoFL.
I think Cort Furniture does that sort of thing. They deal mostly in rental furniture (as in, the furniture itself belongs to Cort and is rented by their clients) but they also have the items for sale if you prefer to buy. I've only been to their outlet store, but they might be a good option for you. They have locations all over.
Any furniture store can do it. They all have designers on staff to help you select furniture. You could easily hire their designer to pick out linens and kitchenware in their off hours if the store that employs them doesn't sell anything but furniture.
There are places all over South Florida that offer this service. Call some real estate agents....they do this all the time when staging a home for sale except they rent the furniture; you'll want to buy it outright.
You may check online, definitely you will get many options to choose one from them .Do contact with some real estate agents they will suggest you better than others.
