No, you obviously did when you claimed that he can't break his lease.

It’s not the reason for eviction. If you pay rent on time, don’t disturb your neighbors or the landlord, don’t cause damage, which is more than normal wear and tear, don’t do something illegal in the unit, you have nothing to worry about.

Over it for now. That $unt who lives beside me. Resorted to making her dog bark in bedroom last nite. It was after 6pm. It wasn't for long. She is an idiot and ahole.

Most likely playing with the dog on the bed. Katie was like that when I got her at 4 months old... bed time was play time. Gkids of her breeder did this to her ugh Took a while before I could stop her.... ugh. I was lucky my neighbors were hard of hearing ... course they paid me back blasting their TV hmummm

Never attribute to malice what can be attributed to tenants.

So big deal the dog was barking at 6pm. Dogs bark..it's what they do. If you don't like hearing dogs barking, don't live in a pet friendly community. Nuisance barking is one thing...barking while playing is another.

break your lease and move.

If you want to end your lease easier you need to give your landlord a proper notice. So, first review your lease, what it says concerning termination of the tenancy. Then check out your state law.
But you definitely must get your landlord’s agreement to end your tenancy early. Just leaving your home does not end your tenancy.

Next apartment make sure you are sharing as few walls as possible. Ask about noise and other tenants also. Dont put yourself in this position again.

One thing I always told my son, great advice given to me. Be careful what bridges you burn. Your future rental history may be based on this one. Give notice when your lease is up or be prepared to pay for the time you have remaining. You need that positive reference.
