Does anyone have any experience or observations about Erickson retirement communities? I live sort of near the two in Massachusetts, Brooksby Village and Linden Ponds. I was actually interested for the future in the new Windcrest community near Denver. They sound like a unique financing situation and a very nice way of life for people with normal incomes/assets. I'd appreciate any feedback, thanks.
I work for Erickson in NJ at Cedar Crest Village

I'm on the mailing list for Windcrest, but I don't receive Social Security yet, so I couldn't go even if I wanted to. It sounds like a great arrangement, and I hope that they expand for us Boomers as we age!!
linden pond sends me information, however i moved from MA. there is another one
which will be soon opening in quincy run by the carmelite sisters for the aged and infirm
they are moving the marian manor their from south boston. marist? it might be called.
looks real nice. it is on the idea of linder pond for the independent living. I am looking at
alexian village, in TN it is cheaper. and if you need assisted living the rate does not go up
however you pay a fee depending on where you want to live.
