Biscuitpop's special morning brew: espresso / chicory / Bailey's Cream / frothed milk, topped with cinnamon, in a jumbo clear glass mug.
We have this every single day at home and most days when we're traveling. It's kind of an obsession. We tote the espresso, chicory, Bailey's, cinnamon, milk, and frother, and only once in a blue moon encounter a hotel that doesn't have a coffeemaker we can work with.

What's the highlight of your day now that you're retired.
Feet hitting the floor first thing in the morning. Everything else after that is a bonus.

Waking up, realizing I don't have to go to work, snuggling up with Mr. Bay and falling back asleep again. Priceless!

Runners up and honorable mentions:
  • Morning coffee
  • Glass of wine with dinner
  • Watching a pretty sunset
  • Reading in bed, propped up with pillows
  • Doing crossword and jigsaw puzzles on line
  • Playing computer solitaire on my smart phone

Would you PLEASE post the recipe? Sounds heavenly. Even though it probably wouldn't taste as good with decaf expresso -- I bet it would make a great after-dinner drink for me. Oh YUMMMM. LOLOL
