We will be married 42 years in August. We were really young 20 and 21 and a lot of people didn't think we would make it. Had lots of ups and downs but have for the most part been on the same page. He was willing to move from Chicago to central WI 31 years ago because it was my dream. We didn't have jobs but a lot of faith in ourselves. It worked out fine. We raised 2 wonderful kids. Right now we both have jobs we enjoy and don't mind going into work. Health is still good. We plan to retire when work in no longer fun. Maybe in 5 years.

We are 62 and 63. Sure we have our differences but we always make it work. We are the total opposites in many ways and sometimes I have to take a deep breath and shut my mouth but we always are there for each other. I think the most important quality is we can laugh together. We have so many of the same interests and in August we will celebrate our anniversary in August visiting our daughter and her family. Life is Good.

Started dating hubby when I was 15. He was 18. We got married 6 years later.

I'll be turning 61 this August. Hubby turning 64 in September.

We've had a few rocky parts, but we got through them and we'd both marry each other again if we could do it all over again.
