Married 42 years. Still have my corelle dishes, mixing bowls and corning ware. Also use the original Club pots and pans. I will never get rid of them. They have served us well and have a nostalgia factor. We also have afghans that were made for us. I regret that about 5 years ago I got rid of the hot air popper someone gave us. The new one did not work as well although after trial and error I did find a new one that works.

I'm long divorced, but I was given a lovely set of crystal candlesticks from Tiffany, and I still have them. I also have a pretty vase my aunt gave me at my bridal shower. I use that if I have flowers either given to me or that I cut/bought for myself.

Nice to see so there are so many long-term marriages, though.

After a couple of major moves and several smaller ones in 32 years, we still have a few:
  • 12 place settings of china, though I left behind the ugly cups and saucers.
  • Silverplate footed dish that came down through hubby's family, plus a platter that looks good under it.
  • A painting done by a friend
  • A video of the wedding, though I've converted it from vhs to DVD.
  • A lot of nice memories

I had 2 or 3 decorative items but we chucked 'em when we relocated overseas.

So, I guess nothing. Hmmm...

1967. Glassware with silver edging got broken. Silver overlay dishes and silverplated tray were given away.

I stll have my Wedgwood china, still love it. Still have silverware. Still have fancy goblets. Used it all at Thanksgiving.

Set of pots and pans finally wore out...mostly they got crushed out of shape from being in moving vans.

I still use Corelle every day but I bought it myself. It hadn't been invented when I got married.

I still have ONE small fry pan and One pillow case from a set we got. Everything else has vanished over the years and the MANY moves we made.

How about you?
I have a toaster. It is a cool toaster that when you pop the bread in it automatically goes down. It was probably pretty expensive at the time but it has lasted for 37 years and still looks pretty good, in fact I just used it for lunch. I still have of course the China my mom gave me and added to for birthdays and Christmas.

Don't have anything from my first marriage. 2nd one, 25 yrs ago, I still have 2 towels with our initials in pretty white satin hearts embroidered on them, and a card table with 4 chairs. That table & chairs was the "kids" table for years and has been used and used and used and is pretty worn... and the chairs recovered, but I'll keep using it as long as it stands!

I still have some silver pieces that have hardly ever been used (cake knife, tongs, serving bowls) and some casseroles that I use all the time. And for some reason, we received four sugar and creamer sets, two of which have never seen the light of day since being opened!

We still have and use an electric skillet we got in 1981. It gets used at least 2x times a week. Works great.
