I woke up this morning to the news alert that Jimmy Buffett had passed away. He was 76. We’ve seen him in concert 5/6 times. This one makes me really sad. I’ll have Songs You Know by Heart playing today.

I knew he was hospitalized in May and got released. Had no idea he was sick tho.
RIP and have a cheeseburger in paradise.

Does anyone know what he was battling?

Aww. Very sad news. And he was young at heart. He had me at his massive campaign to save the manatees. He did a lot for them and other worthy causes. RIP

His songs got me through a lot of cold Minnesota Winters. I think he is the first celebrity I’ve ever shed a tear over losing. Icon.
