it's not the first time. innocents get locked up and even executed all the time in this great land of ours. my condolences, hope it wasn't anyone you knew. also, like your name, that's one of my favorite records right there.

Our system had failed that why the innocents had been paid the price for some one else crime. History repeating itself again and again.

How would you suggest they change the system? Trial by a jury of your peers is a pretty fair way. Yes, in some places, it's hard to get a fair trial because of the "peers", but that's not generally the case in RI. Because of that system, it is possible for an innocent person to be found guilty.

The only thing that can be improved is eliminating the death penalty. I'm not sure how else it can improve other than police doing their jobs and people not seeing news and being biased.
