your price range is high.
we rent a 4-bedroom to 4 students a year in Eastward Look for $2000/mo.
most places are cheaper like in Bonnet Shores or Point Judith
or Peace Dale. I will say that you are looking very late, however,
especially with the college season over.
Needing pets ok makes it more difficult.
My advice is to call Joe at Ann O'Brien Realty.

p.s. when I went to URI I rented in Bonnet a 3 bedroom
it was 1989-1990 can you believe we paid $375/mo
my monthly rent was $125.

OP is already settled in happily in Wakefield.

And I'd venture to bet that the Bonnet Shores rental was not full year or allowed dogs. It's a great summer place but there's no walkable downtown or stores that the OP was looking for.

You're gonna have to go over two bridges one way you know? And pay for it. In the winter when its bad they close the bridge.
