Does anyone know anything about the River Haven Condos in Woonsocket? (apartment, purchase)

A friend told me about the River Haven condos in Woonsocket ri. Just wondering if anyone knew anything about the condos? Maybe their experience there, the apartment, the community, and possibly the area around it. I've heard Woonsocket isn't a great city. If anyone could give me any insight about the condos and the city that would be awesome!

Actually I was over that way 3 days ago. Woonsocket have its problems but there are some good areas also. The public school system was on the news recently saying the town is broke and the kids say would be short. The condo is very nice I have a friend that lives there, there are near the center of town..

I'd be interested to hear if you ended up moving to River Haven. I am looking to purchase there.
