How do you like Oceans Way condo complex? I'm looking to buy a condo & wondering about this complex.

Love it. I don't live there full time, however the summer was wonderful.

It's a great deal for Newport and I would recommend it.

I am not sure what may have caused you to have that impression. Besides the uniformity of buildings, the grounds are well maintained and kept up to date.

Simply put, they look like housing projects. I wouldn't be surprised if they originally were.

Really. Those look like standard apartment complexes. The projects I've seen growing up in cities look WAAAAAY worse than those.

Here's some pictures of the Chad Brown housing projects in Providence -- located between Douglas Ave and Admiral Street. It is considered to be one of the most dangerous places in Rhode Island. No similarities to those "condos" in Newport?
