HI I am a native of Richmond, VA and now I live in FL (big mistake). Anyway, I sometimes read the WWBT blog on NBC12 and I just came across this posted by Andrew Freiden (the meteorologist) on NBC12.

So has anyone felt these quakes (even though they are minor)?

Funny you should say that -- I am in the DC area and I have been feeling what I believe to be mild tremors all month long. I was in Baltimore today and I felt a pretty long one (around 3:00 pm). Not sure if it was a quake or the building I was in, which was loaded w/ people coming in an out (Dr's office). I do know we feel them up here even if the epicenter is down your way.

The only one that I can remember is when Cumberland Co. got one a few years ago, it rocked a bit. I remember on the news that this lady mentioned how the side of her house had a tiny crack in it from this earthquake.
