yes. Since we are in a valley, allergies tend to be pretty bad. Make sure you get your prescriptions filled (if you take meds for allergies). A reall helpful trick that someone told us...
Pick up, from a roadside stand or farmers market, a bottle of
locally produced honey. Every member of the family takes a tablespoon a day...it should help alleviate allergy symptoms.
