Roch alum here wanting to do some post grad work..would be commuting to eastman campus mostly..don't want to live in the city due to size of house I need..question..east of city or west of city for sanest commute?
Don't want brighton penfield or pittsford due to property taxes..I need to stay UNDER 10K in taxes for a 2700 sq ft house built in the last fifteen years...I just fell in love with a custom built house in Greece..2800 sq ft built in 1998 on half acre...3 baths gorgeous landscaping..12225 in taxes...this is in Greece...is this unusually high or typical and what would the commute be like? thanks
