I have a MBA and a library science masters and cant find a job here. I have been unemployed for almost a year and my unemployment runs out next week. I will likely loose my house.

You have a generally negative attitude about the area and especially the job market. I don't care why. At this point I would take a $10/hour job to save my house and my credit rating knowing that it would save me thousands in interest later on.

With a lucrative masters degree like that I'm surprised employers aren't banging on your doors offering you jobs.

You should move to Florida, I hear librarians are a hot commodity down there.

Have you tried any of the area colleges and universities? The University of Rochester library system is huge and always looking for people.

The problem isn't with your degrees, Rochester, or the job market. If you act anything like do in real life, like you act on here, you are probably failing the interview.
