Yet people will post like I am the minority and they are the smart, enlightened bunch, yet, they just don't get it. You're naive and completely clueless. Rochester should be bulldozed. Plain and simple.
You are a fool! If you even bothered to read my other posts, it would become obvious that I think New York is on a disastrous negative trajectory toward fiscal insolvency due to incompetent leadership, high property taxes, bloated public employees benefits, and overly generous welfare and Medicaid programs. I never said Rochester was a booming city - I've been there and think, like many upstate cities, there are neighorhoods containing considerable blight.

Despite these issues, the articulate professionals who reside in the Greater Rochester that appear on national programs with the backdrop of the city skyline give a positive impression of the region to a national and in some cases international audience.
